1. Where do you ship? And how?
We ship online orders to all addresses found in Canada and the United States and over 50 countries around the world. All packages are shipped by UPS and Canada Post.
2. Fast shipping…
Since we know that you are very eager to receive your merchandise, Yoonika is committed to shipping your package within 2 business days following the receival of your order.
3. Flexible delivery destinations…
You are rarely at home during the post delivery hours? You can choose to have your package delivered:
- to your home
- to your office
- to a third party
If you are absent from the delivery location or you have asked Yoonika to deliver your products, Canada Post will leave a note at this location, indicating the post office where you can pick up your package at the moment of your choice. If the delivery is made by UPS, they will leave a note ans they will comeback 2 more times during the next days. After 3 times, the package will be shipping back to Yoonika and the shipping rates will not be refund.
4. Delivery times…
Once your package has left Yoonika, it is shipped by the Canada Post or UPS. The Canada Post delivery times vary according to the shipment destination. For deliveries using standard shipping, packages usually arrive within 2 and 7 business days for all addresses in Canada and between 6 and 12 business days for all addresses in the United States. For deliveries using express shipping, packages usually arrive within 1 and 2 business days for Canada ans 3 to 5 business days for the United States. All deliveries to international destinations are made by plane with a delay of 2 to 7 business days.

Yoonika offers FREE SHIPPING (standard) on orders over $65.00 to all addresses in Canada and in the United States. The order amount must be at least 65.00$ after any coupon rebates. Taxes and shipping fees are not included.

6. Shipping Policy
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Your package will be shipped by Canada Post or UPS.
- All shipping fees are in Canadian dollars.
- Yoonika reserves the right to modify shipping charges, at any time, without notice.
- A surcharge may be applied for remote areas. You will be advised at the moment of shipment.
- Customs charges could be applied.
7. How can I track my package?
After your order leaves Yoonika, you will be advised with an email and a tracking number, for your delivery, will be sent. Save this number because you will be able to keep track of the delivery of your package at all times on the Canada Post or UPS websites: www.canadapost.com and www.ups.com
8. You’ve lost your tracking number?
Don’t worry. Yoonika remembers everything for you. Go to www.yoonika.com and identify yourself in the “My Account” section found at the left of the site. You will have access to the status of your order as well as delivery information.
9. Purchasing Policy :
- The price for each product that you order is the price that appears on the website.
- Shipping and handling, as well as the applicable sales taxes, are additional.
- Yoonika reserves the right to modify product prices shown on the website, without notice, at any time.
- All prices are in Canadian funds.
- We accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard or Amercian Express at the moment of online purchases.
