1- Where do you ship?  And how?

We ship online orders to all addresses found in Canada and the United States. All packages are shipped by Canada Post.

Since we know that you are very eager to receive your merchandise, Yoonika is committed to shipping your package within 2 business days following the receival of your order.

2- What is your online payment method?

Yoonika accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Yoonika is also offering the C.O.D. payment option (pay Canada Post in cash at time of delivery).  This option is only available for deliveries made in Canada.  A $5 charge will be added to your bill for this service.

3-  In what fund are the prices posted?

All prices on the web site of Yoonika are in Canadian funds.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it or give you a refund, no questions asked.

5-  What are shipping options and rates?  How long will it take to get my merchandise?

Yoonika offers FREE SHIPPING (standard) on orders over $65.00. The order amount must be at least $65.00 after any coupon rebates. Taxes and shipping fees are not included.
