When buying with Yoonika, rest assured that we vouch for the quality of our merchandise.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it or give you a refund, no questions asked.


How To Exchange/Return An Item?

If the color or the size is not suitable and you would like to get an exchange, return the said item within 30 days after the date found on the original receipt.

Terms and conditions

Proof of Purchase: The items returned should be accompanied with the original receipt. If you would like to exchange the item for another size, please write the size you would like on the receipt.

30 Days : The post marked date, when returning an item, should not exceed 30 days after the date found on the original receipt. Returns should be sent in the mail to the following address:

Shipping Fees : All shipping and handling fees and risks on returned items shall be assumed by the buyer. Packages should be returned by means of a transport company that guarantees the risk of loss and damage. Shipped packages must have sufficient postage. When we ship the exchanged product to you, shipping will be provided free of charge.

Exceptions: If Yoonika did not deliver the items you ordered or shipped you items that were damaged or defective, in this case, contact Yoonika customer service and we will inform you how to return the items and we will assume all shipping fees.

Condition of Merchandise: In order for an exchange to be approved, the returned items must be in their original packaging, with the tags and original receipt. Soiled articles, or those appearing to have been worn, can be refused.

Processing Time: Two working days, after receiving the merchandise, are required to process the exchange.

1st Tip: Make sure you limit your choices. With the aim of being able to order the size that you need in confidence, we have done our best to precisely provide you with the sizes of all our clothing. You may be tempted to order a series of sizes and by using this approach, there will definitely be some items the will need to be returned. A knowledgeable choice will save you the chore.

2nd Tip: Take the time to verify your measurements. To help you, complete instructions on how to take your measurements are available in our “Size Guide” section. Sizing charts, and details on style cuts, can also be found on all product pages.

How To Get A Refund?

If, for some reason, the item/items bought online do not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase, no questions asked, within the 30 days following the date of the original receipt.

Remember that you must keep the proof of purchase. Without a proof of purchase, your refund will be equal to the lowest price within the last 30 days.

Refund: A delay of 5 days, following the receival of the merchandise, is necessary to complete the refund. Once accepted, the refund will be deposited directly on your credit card. Transport fees are non-refundable.
